I'm super excited that you're interested in booking your Healthy Hair Journey at Ailanté Hair Studio. Before starting your hair care journey, there are a couple of things I would like to go over to make your experience memorable. it is imperative that you read each section as it can answer most of the frequently ask questions. By proceeding to schedule an appointment with Ailanté Hair Studio, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to abide by the Salon Terms and Policies.

  • MASK IS REQUIRED!

  • Please note, we have a studio suite salon space. No extra adult quest, please.

  • Come " Social Media" ready lashes, lipgloss, blush; whatever makes you feel your best to be featured online. I randomly record videos and pictures for my social media platforms and we want you to look amazing.

  • A 25% DEPOSIT is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total.

The schedule is only open 1 month at a time. The next month opens on the 1st. For example: openings for February will not show until January 1st. Openings for March will not show until February 1st. Feel free to check back for cancellations. The system updates automatically. When fully booked the calendar may appear to be closed for the year. Please check regularly for availability.

  • All appointments require a 25% Deposit Fee in order to secure the appointment. If you are unsure of what to book, please contact us BEFORE booking

  • We allow cancellations and/or rescheduling up to 48 hours before an appointment. In the event that an appointment is cancelled 48 hours and/or prior to your schedule appointment the Deposit Fee will be refunded. If you reschedule 48 hours and/or prior to your schedule appointment the deposit fee can be used to reschedule one new appointment for up to 4 weeks after the original appointment date.

  • No Call/ No Show or Late Cancellation less than 48hrs you will forfeit your 25% deposit.

ALL APPOINTMENTS HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD MEANING YOU CAN ONLY BE 15 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ANY MINUTE LATER WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION.

Ex: If your appointment is at 10:30 am and you have until 10:45 to arrive, 10:46 you will have to reschedule and will forfeit your deposit. Please understand that this policy is to assure that every client enjoys their experience & no one gets started behind! Please contact me to let me know you will have a late arrival
